Job Description
GlobalFoundries is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry seeking a Tech Transfer Process Integration Engineer to play a critical role in installing, matching, characterizing, and qualifying process sub-loops of FEOL, NVM, MOL, and BEOL. The successful candidate will work closely with process integration, unit module development, industrial, facility, production control, and quality engineers to deliver technological milestones for production ramps in receiving fab in the stipulated timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (Process Integration and yield) or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or product development within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
