Tech Transfer Process Integration Engineer

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a proven track record in technology transfer and product development in semiconductor fabrication. This role involves coordinating tech transfer workshops, facilitating process route transfer, and ensuring seamless integration of processes across functional areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (Process Integration and yield) or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or product development within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China
• Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal
