Requirements
- Benefits administration experience
- HR operations experience
- Analytical role involving data management and process improvement
- High proficiency with HRIS/Benefits Administration systems
- Expert-level data manipulation and analysis skills using MS Excel
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
- Solid working knowledge global and domestic benefits regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex benefit, data, and system-related issues independently
