Job Description
GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive their growth by defining and executing a full-lifecycle recruitment strategy. This role will be focused on finding top-tier engineering talent across various roles and building relationships with Engineering and Executive Leadership. They are scaling rapidly and offering a strategic opportunity for deep impact in a rapidly growing company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a startup
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments
- Clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
- Analytical thinker who understands how to utilize pipeline metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of providing a high-touch experience
- Experience with complex candidate closes
