We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst (Systems) who moves fast, adapts quickly, solves problems instead of admiring them, stays prepared, and is naturally curious.
Requirements
- Install, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure systems
- Implement and support Azure cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS)
- Administer Windows Servers and SQL databases, including DNS and DHCP
- Support Microsoft 365 and G-Suite environments
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery systems to ensure high availability
- Implement and manage security policies and best practices
- Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate operational tasks
- Manage identity and access using ADUC and Azure AD
- Manage endpoints using Intune and SCCM
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a calm, structured approach
- Work across the business to resolve incidents and requests
- Document systems, procedures, and solutions
- Identify and implement infrastructure, network, and security improvements
- Mentor and support service desk team members
- Manage hardware inventory and equipment deployments
- Protect confidential company information
