Operations Director to manage the complete production operations of a manufacturing company in the wood sector, ensuring performance, quality, and continuity of activities.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities
- Pilot daily production schedules
- Establish and track performance indicators (KPI)
- Supervise the activities of reception, purchases, and procurement
- Manage site maintenance and equipment maintenance
- Ensure coordination with installation teams
- Be responsible for site health and safety and fire prevention
- Assume direct HR management of your teams
