Job Description
Constructions HDF, a specialized construction company, is looking for an executive assistant to complete their team. The ideal candidate will assist executives in handling major and strategic files, monitor progress, and perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in administration or other relevant training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with digital tools and new technologies
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Knowledge of Acomba (an asset)
- Excellent mastery of written and spoken French
- Sense of responsibility and priority management
