Job Description
Plan A is seeking a Business Partner in Human Resources to support the President and service directors, focusing on structuring, developing, and evolving the HR function within the company. This role involves strategic advising, operational support, workforce management, and ensuring legal compliance. The position requires a strategic thinker and proactive individual.
Requirements
- Excellent mastery of HR practices and legal obligations for a company with more than 100 employees.
- Solid experience in recruitment, in setting up an HR department and operations.
- Good knowledge of the labor market and current trends in human resources.
- Fluency in French spoken and written; functional English (bilingualism is a plus).
- Business skills and personal qualities
