Job Description
GoDaddy is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead and accelerate cloud transformation initiatives. This role involves architecting and building scalable cloud-native systems, driving innovation through AI tools, and mentoring engineering teams. Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Agile development experience and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
