Job Description
Godot Consulting Group is seeking experienced Residential Escrow Officers for the Chicagoland area to manage real estate transactions. The role involves gathering documents, coordinating with lenders and real estate agents, and recording documents for closings and fund disbursement. Strong customer service skills and ability to manage priorities are essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience handling escrow transactions
- Experience in the title industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software
- Strong reading and interpretation skills
