Job Description
Godot Consulting Group is seeking experienced Residential Escrow Officers for multiple locations in the Chicago area. The role involves closing real estate transactions, gathering information, preparing documents, coordinating with lenders and real estate agents, and issuing and clearing title. Responsibilities also include client communication and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience handling escrow transactions
- Experience in the title industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret real estate documents
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
