Job Description
Join the team at the world-famous Wynwood Walls Museum as a Museum Education Tour & Activities Associate. Conduct guided tours, assist with sales and upgrades, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Hospitality role required; museum or amusement park is a plus.
- Some knowledge of the Wynwood District is required.
- Some knowledge of graffiti and street artists is required; knowledge of different graffiti styles and how to use spray cans and caps is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse group of clients and guests, and a team player.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish or a second language is a plus.
