Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, culturally fluent Artist Research Associate & Executive Assistant to support two CEOs across distinct but equally critical functions: artist research/consulting and executive-level administrative support.
Requirements
- Professional experience researching contemporary artists, exhibitions, fairs, or cultural programming (gallery, museum, art advisory, curatorial, publication, or similar).
- Professional experience supporting senior executives or principals in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize research and present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and executive-level logistics.
- Strong discretion, judgment, and comfort handling sensitive information.
