Special Events and Sales Manager

Goldman Properties & Global Arts is seeking a detail-oriented Special Events and Sales Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of events within museum venues. This role involves overseeing event logistics, creating ROS, preparing BEOs, coordinating vendors, and managing event execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, cultural programming, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Assist in planning and coordinating museum events, including galas, private events, public programs, and special exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to implement event timelines, venue setups, and production schedules.
• Organize, set up, and manage event materials, signage, and décor.
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to internal teams and external vendors.
• Track and communicate changes to BEOs in a timely manner.
• Support event budgeting efforts.
• Liaise with vendors to confirm deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate vendor schedules and issue any issues.
• Manage event logistics, including guest registration, catering, signage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage event correspondence and event files.
• Assist in post-event breakdown, clean-up, and inventory.
