Senior Technical Designer, Denim

Good American is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Designer, Denim to join their apparel design team. The Tech Design Manager will be responsible for managing the technical design process for their apparel products, ensuring they meet quality standards, fit specifications, and design requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years in technical design
• Some denim experience
• Strong computer skills including Adobe Illustrator, MS Word, and Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of fit, balance, pattern grading, garment construction/production, fabrics, fabric performance
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management
• Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, and maintains composure under pressure
• Is accountable for results and approaches obstacles proactively
