Job Description
GoodHabitz, an Ed-Tech company in Europe, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing processes, technology, and data management. The role involves crafting, refining, and improving marketing processes, implementing automation tools, and providing data-driven insights. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a bonus)
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated track record of success in marketing operations
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead projects
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- In-depth understanding of marketing methodologies and industry best practices
