Job Description
GoodHabitz is a rapidly growing international Ed-Tech company specializing in training experiences. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing processes, technology, and data management, ensuring campaigns are effective. The role involves analyzing data, collaborating with teams, and building strong alliances with IT departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a bonus!).
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in marketing operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead projects.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- In-depth understanding of marketing methodologies and industry best practices.
