GoodLeap is a technology company delivering best-in-class financing and software products for sustainable solutions. We are seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist to contact borrowers with delinquent accounts, collect past due payments, and provide payment solutions to cure delinquency.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior call center experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
