Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure they get the best service. You'll answer customer inquiries, accompany customers along the entire Customer Journey, and work closely with various teams to improve our products and processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience in Customer Service, E-Commerce, or comparable customer contact roles
- Friendly, professional, and excellent written communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
- Experience with Zendesk, CRM systems, or shop systems (plus, but not a must)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
