Job Description
Goodwill is seeking a Learning and Development Instructor I to instruct and coach Paid Trainees. The role involves demonstrating essential functions, coaching leadership skills, and providing training on career pathways and operations. The instructor will support both the Career Pathway Program and translate feedback to management, with a focus on developing the skills and potential of paid trainees.
Requirements
