Electrical Technician (Électrotechnicien)

As a Facilities Technician, you will operate, monitor, and support physical facilities conditions for the data centers, ensuring environmental and safety standards are consistently met, and identifying problems and making repairs quickly. You will also develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of electrical experience (e.g., electrical testing equipment or electrical distribution) in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) of equipment, the required use of safety equipment such as limited weight bearing work platforms, ladders, step stools and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses in accordance with safety and ergonomic guidelines and assessments.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
