Requirements

• 2 years of experience hiring for technical engineering or data centre operations roles within EMEA
• Experience with talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship programmes or early-career talent initiatives
• Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and deliver impact through process refinements
