Software Engineering Manager II, AI/ML GenAI, Google Workspace

The Software Engineering Manager II will lead a team of engineers across multiple teams and locations, overseeing the deployment of large-scale projects internationally. They will work on GenAI solutions, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide the development of data preparation and model optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques or GenAI-related concepts.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
