Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML GenAI, Google Workspace

Google is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to work on AI/ML GenAI projects, designing and developing large-scale software solutions, providing technical leadership, and leading the design of GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in software development, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure, as well as experience testing and launching software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
• 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques

Benefits
