Requirements

- Prepare estimates for services and ensure transparent communication throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate the scheduling of services to optimize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after services to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accuracy in diagnostics and repair timelines.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with automotive service management software.
- Positive and approachable demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow.
