Job Description
Gorgias is a rising AI-powered agent company focused on conversational commerce. They are looking for a Growth Engineer to build and maintain systems that generate, enrich, and activate high-intent leads. This is a technically capable role with a lean team and a focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or automation in a startup or growth-focused team.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/JavaScript.
- Comfort working with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating data from external services.
- Business-first mindset and a commitment to revenue-driving strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
