Job Description
Gorgias is a conversational AI platform for ecommerce seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and refine AI Agent solutions for their merchant clients. The team focuses on automating customer interactions and improving sales efficiency through NLP and LLM-based solutions. Gorgias is rapidly growing with $30 Million Series C funding.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven track record in Machine Learning (NLP/HuggingFace/Math)
- Proficiency in Python, our engineering tools, and deep understanding of LLM life cycle
- Masters degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or related field
