Associate Mental Health Therapist (ACSW / AMFT / APCC)

The Community Wellness & IBH Program is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate Therapist to deliver care coordination and support services in Emeryville, CA. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing in-person and telehealth services, and contributing to program evaluation. This is a full-time position with a hybrid on-site setting.

Requirements

• Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW/ACSW) in the State of California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or social services
• Familiarity with Alameda County systems of care, including Medi-Cal and community-based resources
• Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical team members
