Associate Mental Health Therapist (ACSW / AMFT / APCC)

The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team in Oakland, CA is expanding, seeking an Associate Mental Health Therapist to provide person-centered support across behavioral health, housing, and social service systems. The role involves clinical supervision, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and making a meaningful impact on community health access. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

• Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW/ACSW) in the State of California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or social services
• Familiarity with Alameda County systems of care (Medi-Cal and community-based resources)
• Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical team members
