Our community clinic is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to oversee operations for an in-house pharmacy. This leadership position combines clinical oversight, operational management, and team coordination within a supportive environment focused on accessible patient-centered care. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy operations, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• PharmD or BPharm degree
• Active California Pharmacist License
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical best practices
