Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Director of Pharmacy to lead our onsite pharmacy at a busy community health clinic. The role involves overseeing daily operations, providing staff guidance, ensuring patient safety, and managing pharmacy budgets and compliance. The successful candidate will report to senior leadership.
Requirements
- PharmD or BPharm degree
- Active California Pharmacist License
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical best practices
