Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

This role delivers short-term, solution-focused mental health therapy to adult patients within a primary care setting, supporting individuals with mild to moderate mental health concerns. It is part of an integrated care team, promoting collaboration between behavioral health and medical providers. Therapy is delivered on a Monday to Friday basis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Active licensure in California (LCSW, Psychologist, ASW, or AMFT)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic or similar EMR systems.
