Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

This Mental Health Therapist role involves delivering evidence-based therapy to adult patients dealing with mild to moderate mental health issues, working closely with primary care providers. The position emphasizes holistic support and timely care, with opportunities for referral and community linkages. The role is for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Active licensure in California as an LCSW or Psychologist OR registration as an ASW or AMFT (clinical supervision provided)
• Solid understanding of psychological assessment, DSM-5, and evidence-based treatment models
• At least one year of experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, particularly BIPOC communities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic or similar EMR systems
• Adherence to confidentiality, safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness protocols
