Job Description
The Fraud Lending Analyst supports end-to-end fraud monitoring and investigations for lending products at GoTyme, a digital bank in the Philippines, to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant fraud alert resolution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Proven experience in transaction monitoring within a banking or financial services environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate and leverage new tools and technologies for fraud detection
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment
- Experience with lending fraud investigations and controls (application-to-disbursement lifecycle)
- Experience in Fraud Management/Transaction Monitoring
- Familiar with MORB Guidelines and AFASA
