Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
• Strong real estate experience in various transactional matters
• Experience handling title, survey, environmental, and entity real estate matters
• Experience in commercial lending and banking transactions
• Experience with entitlement, zoning, and tax issues
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to lead, negotiate, manage, and close complex transactions
