Job Description
Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking an equity partner to join its Real Estate Practice. This role involves managing complex commercial real estate transactions for clients of all sizes, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development. The firm offers a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial real estate law experience
- Strong in commercial real estate transactions (leasing, development, lending, etc.)
- Experience with title, survey, and entity real estate matters
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to lead and close transactions
- Ability to work independently and build client relationships
