3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot
Growth Engineer
Technical skills in SQL, Python, or similar, with a strong growth mindset and experience in federal contracting or adjacent markets
Software Engineer (Platform)
3-5+ years Kubernetes experience, strong automation/IaC skills, and experience in regulated environments. Cloud and self-hosted deployments a plus
Field Marketing Manager
3-6 years of experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role; Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem; Ability to manage multiple programs with strong organization and follow-through

2+ years experience; strong full-stack skills (TS/Node.js); customer experience focus & ownership mindset
