We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the content engine that powers GovDash's growth motion. The role involves partnering with product marketing to test growth hacks, sharpen messaging, and launch campaigns that attract qualified government contracting teams and drive activation and conversion into paid customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing at a SaaS startup
- Hands-on experience running PLG experiments across activation, lifecycle, and conversion
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating funnels, attribution, and campaign performance
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, Framer, and modern CMS platforms
- Ability to connect and manage workflows across a full marketing stack, including ads, automation, analytics, and content tools
- Experience supporting competitive intelligence efforts and equipping sales with insights and assets
