Job Description
GovOS is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist to provide system and website support to citizens using their online platform for tax filing and requirement submissions. This fast-paced role involves answering questions, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting custom software applications and hardware, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of support experience
- Experience supporting custom/proprietary software applications
- Experience supporting hardware including: Desktops, Printers, Scanners
- Database Experience SQL or MySQL
- XML
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- A+ Certification or Equivalent Experience
