Account Executive

GovWell is hiring an Account Executive to help scale its go-to-market motion with local governments across the United States. This role is responsible for owning full-cycle sales opportunities, building strong relationships with city and county leaders, and consistently closing high-impact deals.

Requirements

• Proven Account Executive with a track record of closing complex software deals
• Strong listener and communicator, able to uncover customer needs from imperfect information and clearly articulate value
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deals, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
• Self-directed and motivated, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving processes
• Resilient and positive in the face of setbacks, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
