Requirements
- Collecting and qualifying inbound requests and transferring complex opportunities to the Head of Sales;
- Conducting discovery of prospects’ needs, pain points, and key use cases;
- Designing and running omnichannel outreach sequences, including A/B testing of subject lines, steps, and CTAs;
- Prospecting new clients, sourcing contacts, and performing data enrichment using relevant tools;
- Automating outreach and sequencing via Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Reply, Instantly, or similar platforms;
- Managing the sales funnel to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
- Preparing basic proposals and draft contracts aligned with corporate templates;
- Documenting all lead-generation and sales activities in the CRM and maintaining high data hygiene;
- Qualifying and handing off SQL/SQO opportunities to the Sales Director/AE with clear notes and next steps;
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of the product portfolio, industry trends, competitive landscape, and solution strengths;
- Coordinating with Marketing and Sales Ops/Research teams on targeted campaigns, account lists, and database enrichment;
- Attending key industry events and pre-booking meetings with target accounts to maximize event ROI;
- Reporting regularly to the Sales Director and actively participating in sales reviews and training sessions;
