The Morning Intake Coordinator is responsible for initiating the daily intake workflow, organizing incoming referrals, and scheduling client meet-and-greets. The role serves as the central point for operations, forms processing, and intake system administration.
Requirements
- Log all new referrals in the intake tracker or CRM system.
- Check and organize incoming forms (ISP).
- Schedule intake meetings with families and the CBS team.
- Coordinate availability with CBS Director and DSP Supervisor.
- Answer agency phones and route intake-related inquiries.
- Prepare documentation folders and digital files for new clients.
- Maintain clear handoff documentation for the afternoon and evening intake staff.
