Job Description
Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking a Housing Specialist to provide housing support services to individuals in the Bronx. The Housing Specialist will guide clients through the housing process, build relationships with landlords and housing providers, and provide ongoing tenancy support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, housing navigation, or social services
- Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
- Knowledge of affordable and supportive housing systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
