Job Description
We are seeking a Housing Specialist to provide housing support services to individuals in the Bronx. The role involves guiding clients through the housing process, building relationships with landlords and housing providers, and providing ongoing tenancy support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, housing navigation, or social services
- Knowledge of affordable and supportive housing systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
