Gracious Hospitality Management is seeking a Vice President, People and Culture to oversee the full human resources function, including talent acquisition, people operations, compliance, talent management, and building a positive and productive team culture. This role will partner with operations leaders to support the full employee lifecycle across all restaurant locations and business units.
