Requirements
- Greet members and guests.
- Help members check in.
- Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed.
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
- Perform membership functions (sign-ups, billing, cancellations).
- Perform prospective member calls and tours.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas.
