Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and maintain a Judgement Free Zone® environment. The role involves member assistance, membership function execution, sales, retail transactions, and club upkeep. They are a leading Planet Fitness franchise seeking dedicated employees.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- CPR/AED certification (training provided)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to continuously talk on the phone
- Willingness to complete background checks.
