Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience in a Judgement Free Zone. This role involves greeting members, resolving concerns, assisting with membership functions, and maintaining club cleanliness. The company focuses on providing a high-quality fitness experience and welcomes individuals with a passion for Planet Fitness.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- CPR/AED certification (training provided)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to verbally communicate, with occasional cleaning/maintenance exposure
