Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide superior customer service and maintain a Judgement Free environment. The role involves member assistance, resolution of concerns, and performing membership functions such as sign-ups and balancing accounts. This position is key to Planet Fitness’ commitment to a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Continuous phone and in-person conversation
