Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role involves handling membership requests, answering phones, and maintaining club cleanliness. The focus is on a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
